■Assortment of two kinds of sashimi (bluefin tuna, Mahachi, and garnish)

■ Cold bowl: Cold chawanmushi (tortoiseshell paste, sprinkled yuzu)

■Grilled dishes Seasonal grilled dishes (striped horse mackerel miso grilled, swordfish grilled on a net, boiled egg)

■ Main dish: Young chicken and eggplant with miso sauce (white leek and kinome)

■ Fried food Shrimp and seasonal vegetable tempura (red salt, lemon)

■Rice, seafood sesame dashi tea, pickles
