■ Appetizer: Today's small dish

■Sashimi: Chef's choice of two types of sashimi (bluefin tuna, amberjack, and garnish)

■Cold Soup: Cold steamed egg custard (with amber-colored sauce and grated yuzu)

■Grilled Dishes Seasonal grilled fish (Striped jack mackerel grilled with miso, hairtail fish grilled with a net, boiled egg)

■Main Dish: Miso-glazed young chicken and eggplant (with shredded green onions and sansho leaves)

■Deep-fried dishes: Tempura of shrimp and seasonal vegetables (with red salt and lemon)

■Rice: Seafood and sesame broth rice porridge, pickles
